Norma was the daughter of the late Peter and Emilia (nee Vierti) Cicchini of Philadelphia. She graduated from West Catholic High School and Temple University. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The most important thing to her was her family. She also enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and loved to travel.
