I utilized the COVID-19 vaccine location finder on ArcGIS and found this pharmacy as the only one in the Katy area with first doses available. On March 6, Katy Medical Pharmacy has listed 1400 Pfizer and 120 Moderna first doses available. Then I click their link "Click here for information on COVID-19 vaccines and online waitlist" and get this reply: we are not sure when we will receive our next batch of doses. Please do not call or arrive at the pharmacy as we are not accepting appointments for the vaccine. If you have doses available, why do you have this message as it is rather misleading?

Dennis Kuhfal, I am the pharmacy manager and I apologize for the confusion. We were working to get the scheduling link on our website and it took longer than expected. We are doing the best we can to vaccinate as many people as we can. Our schedule is currently booked for 2 months, but please check back frequently for possible cancellations.

I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy for service and advice. I take 11 different medications and there is no way I could keep up with them all without these great people taking care of me. I don't live very close, but there's no way I would change. Been going there for 7+ years.

GREAT customer service! I wasn't one of their customers but I needed help getting a prescription printed for lab work. In the midst of a busy day Ms. Valdez took time to help me even though I was not her customer. Really appreciate their service ethic!

They are supposedly a compounding pharmacy. I needed a compounded cream for a medical procedure for my special needs child. After going to the pharnacy I was initially told they didn't have a record of any prescription for the cream needed. After asking a couple of times and someone actually looking they did in fact have the script. Then I was told they would have it ready in 30 minutes. After waiting in my car for 30 minutes I go back and am at that point told they do not have the ingredients and don't know where I can get the prescription filled. Told me at 11a I would have to look for another

Let me start out by saying I love this place. However, I picked up a medication on 5/22/2018 (controlled substance). I came in Saturday 5/26/2018 to pick up another prescription that was filled on Thursday 5/24/2018 (not a controlled substance). I picked up my prescription got it home and realized the filled two back to back prescriptions for a controlled substance - which I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to do. I went back to get my correct prescription, which I found out was ready for pick-up the first time I went in, but the somehow didn't give that one to me???
