I've been going to this place for over 40 years now, and while the facility is showing it's age, it's still very functional and efficient. Things are run very smoothly, with check in at the entrance, before heading upstairs to whatever appointment you have, so be sure to arrive a little bit early to get your paperwork done. Over the years parking has improved, where you now grab a ticket on your way in and show it on your way out, with validation from the front desk. I don't think I've ever had to wait very long for my procedure, and the staff has always been nice and

Very rude receptionist, Dr A office They dont help u. They are very un accomodating . They seems irritated when u ask for help. They should hire good people:( I should put 0 on their performance and not 1 star:( very disappointing.

Inefficient communication that wastes time. An antiquated phone/answering/message system requiring SIX minutes waiting before leaving a message because options to leave a message don't work. They don't use email for simple, non-sensitive communications. Stunning inefficiency.

I have never once called this place and talked to a friendly receptionist for any department. Not only that but if you ask them a question they are rude and seem like they just want to get you off the phone. This place NEEDS better receptionists
