A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

UNACCEPTABLE, DEGRADING, DISHONEST AND DISAPPOINTING. I'm so glad you guys got back to me on the apartment in a timely matter, NOT. STILL WAITING ON AN APARTMENT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET BACK IN FEBRUARY THAT MAINTENANCE WAS SUPPOSEDLY GETTING TO SOON. HERE WE ARE 4 MONTHS LATER IT IS NOW JUNE 15TH 2021🤔
