Been using them since they Installed AC at a better price than anyone. Other companies wanted 2 and 3 times as much which I could not afford. It was 87 degrees in the house. They helped me. They come on time and take care of all heat/ac. Friendly Professional

Had 3 estimates. 5 Star Heating & Cooling aka Hilliard-Dublin Heating & Air gave us the best price for the exact same type of equipment and warranties the other providers were offering. Brandon Mathews came to our condo to provide the estimate. He was thorough and professional. The techs that did the actual install arrived within the timeframe promised. I was prepared for them to arrive but they did not give me a heads-up phone call. No big deal just a bit of a surprise. Robert Koehl and Dominick worked quietly. They were done in under 4 hours. GREAT! They walked me through all of the new equipment
