Meet Dr. Steve Fountain

Dr. Fountain has been a member of this community for over 30 years. He earned an associates degree as a Radiologic Technologist at Chaffey Community College and worked his way through school at San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland. Dr. Fountain graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a major in Biology in 2000 and graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.

Dr. Patel is part of a Southern California tradition of dental comfort and care. He is a 1979 graduate of Government Dental School, and has dedicated his career to providing you and your family with the best that dentistry has to offer. Dr. Patel is continually educating himself and his staff on the newest techniques and approaches, in order to serve you with advanced, state-of-the-art, comfortable, personalized and antiseptic dental care.

Dr. Pavlisin is dedicated to dental excellence and an ethical practice philosophy. The combination of her dental expertise and her gentle caring nature serves her patients well She has a passion for creating beautiful natural smiles with a healthy jaw joint foundation.
Dr. Pavlisin received her D.D.S. degree from the University of Illinois, and during 30 plus years of practice she has continually pursued highly advanced training at The Pankey Institute, Dawson and Piper centers for Advanced Dentistry and UCLA.Dr. Pavlisin has extensive training and experience in cosmetics, TMJ dysfunction, or jaw joint problems and diagnosis of Oral Facial Pain issues.

Meet Dr. Jenny Wong

Dr. Wong is committed to providing the highest level of dental care to each of her patients. She received her Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from the Keck School of Medicine, and completed her residency in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at USC Medical Center. Prior to that, she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan.
