Bill Griffin and his team were extremely professional, timely, and receptive to novel ideas. I personally worked with Olga McLemore and Bill Griffin and both were receptive and responsive to my numerous questions and emails at various times during the day. This was especially comforting since I am first time homebuyer and I had an excessive amount of questions. They also had a connection to a great inspector who came out and reviewed the property quickly, which allowed for rapid negotiations. Due to their constant diligence and determined effort we were able to close on my desired condo efficiently

Jennifer was an amazing realtor as she found a buyer for my condo for top dollar. I had listed it before with no luck, but she facilitated it getting staged professionally which made it sell fast. She then found a great deal for me where I got a house for $100k less than what it appraised for in a seller's market! Really unbelievable on both sides!
