I got my COVID test on the 3rd, with my mother. The person who did our test said our results would be back by the next day, guareenteed. My mother and I waited and have been waiting for 3 days now. I need to know my results for work and school so this is quite frustrating.
Today, my mother just got an email on her portal information and results. I still have got nothing. Just wondering why the communication is off with this place...

Why are you billing people $100 for the Covid-19 vaccine? From what Ive researched this is not allowed and the federal government wants it reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Update: HRSA says that clinics are not allowed to bill vaccine recipients for vaccine costs and this is reiterated by the federal government across the board, as well as by several news outlets: May not seek any reimbursement, including through balance billing, from vaccine recipients.
Regardless, I have provided my most current insurance so they can re-bill that vs. the federal government

Had a health screening today that was verified over the phone. Was told I wasn't covered. Called them up, and was laughed at and disrespected over the phone. Poor communication, poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Zero stars. They couldnt pay me to get treated there. The worst care with no follow up or returned calls when you are in really bad pain and the doc forgets to sign prescriptions. Its truly awful and such a shame because I really thought I liked them my first couple visits.
