Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center offers the only health club experience of its kind in the region. A fully integrated health and fitness center sets the stage for a comprehensive, medically integrated environment focused on your total well-being, ranging from day-to-day health maintenance to weight loss programs and special medical and clinical programs.
Center Occupancy
Report
The health and well-being of our members are our number one priorities. In order to better serve you, we have implemented a real-time center occupancy tracker, so that you know how full the facility is prior to your visit. The below graphics show our current facility occupancy in a percentage, and the bar graph shows our average occupancy by days of the week and time frame.
Facility Notes
Report
Members are responsible for their guests. All guests are required to pay a guest fee for each visit, register at the Member Services desk, complete and sign a Guest Registration Form and submit a current form of photo identification. Guests may use Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center a maximum of six times in a 12-month period.
Aquatics
Report
The Defender Regenerative Media Filter achieves the highest quality of water by removing particles down to 1 micron. This is 20 to 30 times finer than our current sand filters. Lowering our carbon footprint, the combination of water, fuel, and chemical savings is great for the planet and our resources.
Child Care

As a precautionary measure, all Northwestern Medicine Health & Fitness Centers have temporarily closed child care effective immediately. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. FitKids Club child care is specifically designed for children ages 6 weeks - 12 years old. FitKids Club is available to all members with a monthly child care membership or a drop-in fee per visit.
