Precision Property Inspections, LLC is a privately owned and operated home inspection service located in the Denver, Colorado/metro area. Helping my father to remodel the home I grew up in was the beginning of my interest in the building industry.
It sparked my career in the industry, a career that has spanned over 30 years and involved building, remodeling and managing the construction of homes from entry-level residences to multi-million dollar custom homes, condominiums, townhomes, commercial retail, and office buildings.

I met Randy because of his persistence and dedication to his profession and have now put him at the top of my inspector list. Every time I hire Randy, he is prompt, courteous, and very professional. If it is safe and accessible, I walk the roof, enter attics and crawl spaces, remove access panels and operate equipment. I provide a thorough, narrative, computer-generated report complete with photo documentation. The report is e-mailed to you within 24 to 48 hours following the inspection. Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours. A typical home inspection will require 2 to 3 hours. We encourage you to attend the inspection as the inspection provides an invaluable learning and discovery experience during which you can get answers to your questions as they arise.
