Physical Therapy for Women can offer a non-surgical approach to many person's health issues. We focus on providing thorough education, facilitating pain relief, and improving the quality of life for each person who receives our services. Therapy consists of one-hour treatments provided by a licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant.

Millions of people suffer from bladder/bowel control problems, yet it is, understandably, still a very sensitive subject. Women suffer from this condition more often than men, as a result of childbirth, menopause and female urinary structure. However many men also suffer from these issues as a result of prostate dysfunctions, surgical procedures, or male urinary structure.
Abdominal/Breast/Pelvic Surgery

Unfortunately, many women devote so much time, energy and courage to simply getting through breast cancer surgery that they often neglect their recovery plan. A proper recovery plan requires attention to psychological, mental, and physical healing. If women are able to regain control of their physical recovery, it will indirectly affect the other components in the recovery plan.
Prenatal/Postpartum

Hands-on treatment such as soft-tissue work, massage, gentle mobilization and stabilization exercises. Instruction in specific body mechanics for routine activities such as housework, job performance and sleeping. Remember, while discomfort is fairly common during pregnancy, it should definitely not be accepted as just part of the process.
