Our Team

Jim is one of the Founding Partners and is Chief Executive Officer of J & L Property Management, Inc. with over 30 years of experience serving residential communities. He is also well versed in Chapter 718 and 720 of the Florida Statues that govern Condominium and Homeowner Associations. Lorraine Calderazzo, is the Vice President of J&L Property Management.

We provide a complete array of services to operate the administrative, financial, and physical aspects of your Community. We have organized our company to provide specialized services for homeowner Associations, low-rise condominiums, high-rise condominiums, self-managed properties and master planned communities.
Architectural Forms
Report
You must submit an Architectural Modification Request or "ARB form" if you are planning to make any modifications to your home or property. Your application must be submitted with all required licenses, certificates of insurance, permits, etc, requested. Incomplete applications will be denied. All of the instructions are included on the first page of the architectural form.
Parking
Report
Management will confirm that your vehicle has been registered and your decal is ready to be picked up. Bring your $15.00 money order made payable to J&L Property Management to pick up your decal during business hours. If you do not pick up your decal and your vehicle is booted, neither management nor the Association will not be held responsible.
