They over charge for digital copies. They give false and misleading information regarding the purchase of the photos. Example: I received notification of my graduation photos being ready, I signed on to see them and opted to buy the package for $100. That package included three single photos and four overview photos. What legacy doesnt tell you is that the overview photos may not be from your actual graduation. In my case they werent. So I paid $100 for digital copies of a group of people I didnt graduate with?! SCAM. I plan on escalating this as well.
