The Wooden Nickel, on historic Market Square Millersburg specializes in seafood, steaks, and pasta, as well as offering daily and weekend dinner specials. The kitchen is open from 11 am until 8 pm Sunday through Thursday and Friday & Saturday 11 am until 10 pm, serving lunch and dinner.

Our menu features a wide variety of seafood dishes, flame-grilled steaks, pork chops, and chicken, home-made pasta and pizza, along with salads, appetizers and desserts.The bar is open every night and offers daily and weekend drink specials as well as a complete variety of cold take-out beer. The bar has eight flat screen televisions, so patrons can enjoy sports programming all year long.

The Wooden Nickel restaurant, on Market Square Millersburg, began life as the Hotel Gernert. The hotel was a popular stop in the 1920's and 30's when the two-day trip from Harrisburg to Sunbury necessitated an overnight stay in Millersburg. The Hotel also served the bustling railway station and the Millersburg Ferry.
