Don’t waste your time! Randall is unprofessional. He took our money for the deductible and then has the nerve to hang up on us when we called to cancel their service after waiting close to a month for them. He tried to charge up the *** for ridiculous things. $29 an hour to “supervise” the job when he knows he won’t even physically be at the location the work is being done at.
