Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attended dental school at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, was past president of the Burlington Dental Society, a member of The American Orthodontic Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
He is married to Laura and has six children Makai, Grace, Trae, Amari, Boden, and Rosealee. Dr. Jay Banez was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and graduated from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University. Dr Banez went on to receive advanced training in dental procedures including oral surgery and trauma from the University of Colorado.
