During your treatment, it is important that you know how to take care of your braces. Below are instructions for properly caring for your braces to help ensure that you get the best possible results. As long as you are wearing braces you will need to protect them when you eat. When you get your braces installed you will want to stick with eating soft foods.
Brushing And Flossing With Braces

You will need to make sure you maintain good oral hygiene by brushing and flossing after each meal to remove food between your braces and appliances. This is one of the only ways to ensure that your teeth and gums will be healthy after your orthodontic treatment is complete. Flossing: Step 1 Using a piece of floss about 18 inches long, carefully thread the end between braces and wire.
