At first I thought it wasnt a bad idea. Very small space. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. No living room, no air, no bathroom fan. Clearly a rushed job on the cosmetics as there is dry paint dripping off the wall and tile cement globs everywhere on the tile floors. There was a water pump where my unit was in the basement, and I was told it was my responsibility to pull the lever when the alarm went off so it didnt flood? The alarm is also very loud, goes off at all hours of the entire day. Power problems also happened often where a loud beeping noise would go off before it was taken care

Yale Manor Apartment Community were originally a hospital for many years. Was made intentional an apartment. Each Apartment here is very unique and different. We have a very nice and clean laundry room with two washer and dryers inside the building! Our grounds are beautiful. Ample space for walking as relaxing. We have a grocery store and Dollar General and Family Dollar. City Hall, Police and Fire Department

I have lived here for 6 years now! Very quiet, Very Safe, Very clean! Maintenance is always on top of getting things fixed! New furnaces, shower heads and sink faucets installed this year! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Yale Manor Apartment Community here in Yale is a great place to live! Everyone in the community here is so friendly! Great location, great schools! Great shopping in the area! I would recommend this place to friends and family! Lawn and landscaping is always looking good! Nice place to live!
