Established in 1983 A family owned business since 1983, All Weather Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded by Tom & Ida McKeown. The McKeown's started the business out of their home and in 1987 purchased Taper Heating from Bill & Lillian Collyer.
Growing, in the early 1990's, they purchased the building 302 Kemp Street which was first of 3 buildings which now make up the current All Weather facility. In 2011 Tom & Ida's daughter, Jeanne' Sparks, succeeded her parents and continued on the tradition. In 2014 Jeanne' and husband Jeff Sparks, together with Dustin Halverson, purchased the company.
