J. W. Mac McMurray, CPA

He joined the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent in 1961 and was promoted to Large Case Coordinator. Mac now specializes in IRS audits, estates, trusts and retirement planning. At the time Mac joined the firm, he moved his family to Hendersonville and continues to reside here. Mac is married to Gigi, has two sons, and is a proud grandfather of two grandsons and a granddaughter.

Jamie R. McMurry, CPA, and Partner of McMurray, Fox & Associates graduated Cum Laude from the University of Memphis in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. McMurry began his career with Rowland & Carter, PLLC in 1997 and joined McMurray, Fox & Associates in 1998.
He is currently serving as Treasurer for the 100 Club of Sumner County, the YMCA Board, and is past Treasurer of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce, Indian Lake Swim & Tennis Club and Children Are People, Inc. a nonprofit organization for underprivileged children.Mr. McMurry is a member of Hendersonville First United Methodist Church where he has served on numerous committees.

She worked for a CPA firm in West Memphis, Arkansas for over 32 years before moving to Tennessee in late 2017 to be closer to her daughter and granddaughters. She worked for a CPA firm in Murfreesboro prior to moving to Hendersonville and joining our firm.
