After I graduated with my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, I headed back to the much-loved sunshine in South Florida, where I grew up. My first job was at The Renfrew Center in Coconut Creek, Florida - one of the top eating disorder treatment programs in the country.

Telehealth refers to the use of video conferencing for the purpose of providing healthcare services. This method of providing therapy has been around for many years and has been increasing in popularity in the recent past.
Telehealth allows clients to be seen outside of the office, allowing increased access to therapy and health services for those who are not able get into an office or perhaps have other time or access constraints that would otherwise prevent them from being able to see a clinician.Nobody realized when we rang in the new year to 2020 that within a couple months most of our health services, schooling, and socialization was going to become virtual.
