Learning N Caring Academy is a Montessori and play-based preschool in Carson, CA and the surrounding areas. We believe that child development comes from self-directed activities, hands-on education, and collaborative play. Children can make creative choices that will strengthen their social skills, teaching them respect for one another and the power in beneficial negotiation.
We offer age-appropriate activities and our philosophy helps children with independence and self-discipline. We promote the development of social skills, fine motor, gross motor, emotional growth, physical coordination, and cognitive progression. Academic play is incorporated for children to learn effective problem-solving as they reflect positively about themselves, others and the environment around them!

At Learning N Caring Academy, we provide part-time and full-time child care services for ages 6 months to 6 years old. Our curriculum is Montessori and play-based, and our schedule consists of everything from music and movement to reading and yoga. All of our teachers have years of experience working with young children and they have received their First Aid/CPR certification.
