We rarely turn down a repair. From costume jewelry to the oldest of diamonds, we would at the very least agree to take a look and see what we can do. If a piece of jewelry has some value to you, it's of value to us. The price tag doesn't matter. For every appraisal, we polish and clean the piece, inspect it for any imperfections, see if it needs repair and assess the value.

We carefully select our diamond suppliers based on if they can uphold our own standards of quality and superior customer service. We take our time in explaining every single diamond to our customers.
