I have high expectations of my providers; my experience at RIverwest has always been excellent. The acupuncturist serssions not only have addressed my physycal complaints, but have helped shift how I function overall. The front desk and clinic operations are very professional; I do not recall a single poor experience, on the contrary. The staff at RiverWest has been treating me off and on for 3 years. I have migraines and they have always fit me into the schedule and relieved my pain. They've also treated a pinched nerve with 100% success. This week I pull something in my back. I could barely walk. Once again, I was scheduled right away, treated professionally, and best of all got some movement back that day. Sheridan and Lisa explained where the pull likely occurred, why it hurts where it hurts, and how to care for it at home, including teaching me how to get out of bed or a chair more confidently until I am back to full motion
