When losing a family member the last thing on the family's mind is being questioned on their decision making. After starting our arrangements with Fredlock, we decided that this was not the right funeral home for us. When going in to sign the paperwork to change funeral homes, we weren't greeted at all, more like directed to go to another door. When going to the other door, we were pointed into the direction of the interior door that we need to go to. The gentleman, I'm assuming that was the owner, read the paper and said sign here.
