Cal has spent 35 years in the helping profession, 22 years as a pastor and 13 years as a realtor, and as a result has developed superior communication skills. He prides himself in listening, clarifying expectations and regularly "touching base" with clients. These communication skills become especially apparent during difficult negotiations relating both to other real estate professionals and clients.
Resident Resources

When you are a resident or tenant at one of the properties that we manage, we want you to be well informed of what is available to you. Additionally, we want you to know what is expected of you as a resident so there are few to no misunderstandings. We have a resident online portal that makes it easy and convenient for you to pay your rent or report an issue about your unit.
Rental FAQ

The application fee allows HRES to run the credit report necessary to process your application. Prospective tenants can fill out an online application or a paper application. The paper application is a $40 payment by cash or money order. The online application is a $35. Application fees are non-refundable.

Please note: We require an applicant's gross monthly income to be 3x the monthly rent. If there are two people applying to be on the lease together we combine the applicant's incomes. We require potential tenants to supply us with proof of income when applying for a property. A paper application is available at our office and requires a $40 payment by cash or money order.
