
We strive to build community here at Fitness 24-7 through programs like our Weightloss Club and our Run Club that meets several times a week. Through these small groups, we encourage and build each other up. You're not alone through any challenge you face. We also reach out beyond these walls to our surrounding communities. We donate and participate in charity events like the K5K: A Run For Kendra and the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater.

Your fitness program will benefit from guidance from a pro. Our gym offers personal training so you can get one-on-one support to reach your fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers get to know you and design a fitness program based on your individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals. All of our trainers experienced and certified to get fit and lose weight.
Classes

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING is a workout with each exercise arranged and performed as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to pickup the intensity of your heart rate. In order to qualify as true HIIT you'll need to push yourself to the max during every set.

Are you confused by all the different information you hear about what to eat and what not to eat? This will be the very beginning of your nutrition journey with me! During this consultation, we will review your current dietary practices, discuss your nutrition and lifestyle goals and then develop a plan moving forward to attain and surpass those goals.
