Good Life was started by Steve Welty, a San Diego Real Estate Broker and Real Estate investor. Steve started full time in property management in 2008 when he co-owned another property management firm. He sold his share in that company and started Good Life in 2013, with the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and best customer experience in the industry.

Smoke alarms with 10 year sealed lithium ion battery installed in each bedroom, living area, and each level. CO alarm installed on each level. We have relationships with professional 3rd party vendors who handle all maintenance work. We will utilize the funds that we have on hand for your property to pay vendor for any work performed.

Required Information - ID, Verification of income (see application for examples of income verification), landlord contact info for last 3 years, pet photo provided with application (if applicable) and fully completed application. All adults age 18+ must apply & pay a $45 app fee. Security Deposits and Move In Costs - If approved, we require the security deposit and first month's rent to be paid in full upon signing the lease.
