Only four miles from Meadowbrook Inn, Appalachian Ski Mountain is the High Country's first ski area that opened in 1962. Special rates available for groups and early/late season!

Apiary & Garden

As part of our commitment to making a tangible impact in the sustainability efforts of the local community, Meadowbrook Inn began the process of creating a rooftop apiary in Spring of 2019. Our rooftop apiary, the first to be approved in the Town of Blowing Rock, features two hives of Italian hybrid honey bees.
