Teresa moved to Austin, TX in 1998. After working in several different industries, she decided to fulfill her life long dream as a stylist. Teresa attended Avenue Five Institute, a Sassoon connection school, where she earned several awards for outstanding academic achievements and professionalism. Upon graduation, she worked for a few salons before deciding to venture out on her own.
FireFly Hair Design was created from Teresa's vision while attending school. Fireflies will magically sync together in harmony creating an amazing sense of awe and wonder. This is the symbolism that is the connection she strives to make with each and every client during the initial consultation.
