Called this morning to see if they had a sample of a flooring no one else in town had. They had it. Pam held it for us. When we went in met Russ. He came out in less than an hour and measured our floor. We had a quote a few hours later. Very fair price.

I only give two stars because Russ was on time. We called Hardwood Floors because we needed some of our flooring replaced after a washer over flowed and ruined the hallway flooring. When this happened we had Service Master come in and place the blowers and dried the carpet and the laminate wood floors.
Russ walked in with a chip on his shoulder. He started out lecturing about the moisture under the floors, causing mold. We had already had 3 other quotes on repairs, and already know it is important to get the floors up. Why did he think we called? We are not stupid people we already discussed
