Client arrested after search warrant and charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography. After two day motion to suppress, all evidence was suppressed by the court. The ruling was affirmed on appeal and the case was dismissed. The clients record was later expunged in 2013. Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child: Mother was accused of failing to get medical care for her 18 month old son who later died: All charges dismissed.
