Hard to get a hold of a person off of their number they use an app with its own calendar to schedule a 15 minute appointment to ask further questions so that's not convenient after speaking to representative despite not having much inventory they were not willing to take us in as a client because they claim the comps did not support our asking price based on last 30 days of inventory. I beg to differ this person never saw the property in person just on the internet and was going off of data from surrounding homes that are all old from 1960's and not updated. This home is completely updated

I talked to the property manager Iris. She was a huge help to turn the property in the market and got a deal within a week. I have not been with the property company for long and so far they seem have done a good job. Two things I have noticed they are a little bit different from other places: 1) they would not share the tenant information with you, and 2) they have different people in charge of different areas vs. having one manager in charge of all areas around the property.

I have nothing bad to say about Mark Brower Properties. They handle everything around managing my rental property and keep me informed, I can be very hands off.
As for management prices, they are the most reasonable I've found in the valley and you won't get nickel and dimed to death, huge night and day difference from my previous management company.

So far service has been exceptional. I signed up swiftly after realizing I just wasn't cut out to be a landlord. The owners of the home did not take care of the house before we moved in (broken tile, molding shower, irrigation leaks, home smelled, etc.) put everything wrong with the house ON THE MOVE IN FORM. If not, they will not hesitate to come after you for previous issues with the home.

Mark Brower Properties managed my rental property in Chandler for about 5 years. Dealing with them during the last year was a very frustrating experience. They changed software vendors which made the monthly statements full of inaccuracies. I called multiple times to discuss without any real resolution, other than saying that we are working on it with the vendor. Then we had a tenant change which was handled in the worst possible way. They missed multiple problems that the previous tenant created and they conveniently charged them to me. They brought in a cleaning company who destroyed the microwave

We were extremely leery when thinking of renting from a property management company. We were previously home owners, and then rented from an home owner. Often you hear horror stories when it comes to property management companies.
