If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

Your First Visit

Upon entering Correction Creek Chiropractic Center, our receptionists will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as well.
Your Second Visit
Report
After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. Dale Strama and Dr. Brad Veal will discuss recommendations and notify you if your condition requires care with other providers. Our doctors will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs. At the conclusion of your report of findings, you will experience your first adjustment.
