Graphic Guidelines

At 150 dpi (or up to 300 dpi), images will look good from any distance. For viewing distances of 3-5 feet, bitmap images should be at least 100 dpi at their actual final output size. Extra resolution will not be noticeable and high resolution files takes long time to send to the printer without improving noticeable quality.
Rental Guidelines
Report
Rental not returned within 30 days will be subject to a daily late charge of 5% of the total initial rental price. Rental booths returned with client owned items will be charged a fee based on actual time and material cost for packaging and sorting client owned items for return. Pick up for these items must be arranged within 30 days of receipt or storage charges will be incurred.
Storage Guidelines

Storage and services are available for your exhibit material in our Las Vegas facility, which is located just 15 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Storage rates are $0.35 per cubic foot or $130 per month minimum. Fees are billed monthly, in advance and in full month increments only. We offer two different levels of service for our storage clients.

Printing on regular materials such as vinyls: 2-3 business days after the proof has been approved. Printing on stretch fabric for Tension fabric displays which needs extra finishing such as zipper install: 4-5 business days after the proof has been approved. Printing on fabric with special shapes such as teardrop banners: 3-4 business days business days after the proof has been approved.
