Lakebrink Refrigeration was founded by Herb Lakebrink of Union, MO in 1957. Herb began his business after serving time in the United States Army and serving in the Korean War where he served in a refrigeration detachment. Lakebrink's offered sales and service on commercial refrigeration, heating and air conditioning, and appliances.
In 1996, Herb retired and Andrew Lakebrink purchased the business from his father. Andrew had worked with the company since his high school days and specialized in marketing and sales of household appliances. Andrew continued to operate the business until 1999 when Andrew sold 50% of the business to Allen Eaker an employee of Lakebrink's.
