Rental income is disbursed to all property owners on the 15th day of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, funds will be disbursed to you that prior Friday. You bet! Email your request to management@huntahome.com to collect your latest inspection report and photos. You can also request an additional inspection for a fee.

We promise to rent your property within 21 days or you will receive a 25% listing discount.
