I want to appreciate Dr. Chen for his use of the highest standards in medical care and acupuncture. He is one of the most caring, knowledgeable and sincere doctors in the area, and you can trust the treatment methods he offers for better and faster healing. F minus. A horrible experience. I was scheduled at Master Chen Acupuncture Institute in Worthington with high recommendation but accidentally ended up here. This office received me as if I had an appointment, not realizing I was at the wrong place. The doctor was dismissive of my complicated, diagnosed, and confirmed issues. He repeatedly insisted my issue was caused by my mind and that this was causing MY HUSBAND TO SUFFER! DR CHEN IS Very easy to talk to He is a Good listener. Very proactive in seeking the causes of your ailment/s. Good bedside manner. Will keep going back again and again. Acupuncture is a GREAT ALTERNATIVE to pain pills. 2 weeks straight I woke with ZERO to little pain at all..started slowly creeping back to normal an (8) after 3 weeks...after acupuncture, was a (2) for days and days!!! Worth Every Penny. Wish I could afford more than once a month right now...
