Del and Chris Chapman moved to Boise, Idaho from the Seattle area in 1985 and became real estate agents with Metropolitan Real Estate. The Chapman's soon moved into the property management profession and spent these early years developing their skills and knowledge, eventually bringing on board their son, Patrick "PJ" Chapman who has since devoted the last decade to the company developing his expertise in the business of managing people and property.

P.J. is an active member of both NARPM ( National Association of Residential Property Managers) and remains certified as an MPM, ( Master Property Manager) and RMP, (Residential Management Professional).

Owner FAQs

It is not mandatory for any Owner to accommodate Section 8. For Owners who do not accept Section 8 and have multiple properties it must be uniform throughout. For Owners who do accept Section 8 at any of their properties, they must do so for all other properties, in accordance with Fair Housing Laws.

We only require the security deposit within 24 hours of applicant approval. The 1st month's rent is to be paid before or on the day of Move-In; it will be prorated accordingly if the Move-In date is not on the 1st of the month. If the Move-In Date is within the last week of the Month, it is required that the prorated rent and next month's rent is paid together.
