I've never had such a poor dentistry experience. The cleaning was done VERY quickly and was not thoroughly done. Dr. Bailey seemed pretty disinterested in his work, and noted some "discoloring" that was probably a cavity that they should fix (despite him stating that the imperfection did not show up on the xray!). I have limited dental insurance and tried to discuss this with the person taking the imagery; they told me that the digital pano would cause no issues. I ended up with a very large bill from this visit for simple services. With a partial insurance payment, the visit was

Extremely dishonest practice. Got a horrible infection after they pretended to clean my teeth. Had to go to my doctor for hard course if antibiotics. Dirty facility. Had my x-rays reevaluated and found that the dentist had lied about the health of my teeth to upsale extra $1200 worth of dentistry.

The staff was awesome. Props to Mindy, She's great. The technology is up to date which is comforting. GPS on IPhone Gets this place confused with Smiles Dental so make sure you go Klamath Smiles near the O.I.T.
