I didn't eat here, the owner, working with the local American legion, gave my family a turkey and all the fixings. She said if we didn't have a way to cook it to come back and she would do that as well. This lady has a heart of gold. I'd recommend her restaurant based solely on how much she does for veterans and the rest of the community. We will think about you when we have our Thanksgiving dinner.

Tried 3 cheese sandwich, fish and chips, and the big Joe sandwich with fries. Food was really good, fries were homemade as was the tarter sauce. Waitress was a teaser and joker, she made the experience fun and helpful. The support for community and country is the best I’ve seen in a long time. Definitely will go back when in town again. P.S. The big Joe is a big sandwich and tasty.

Love this place. This is a highly veteran friendly place. They ask if you are a veteran when taking your order and note it on your check for the veteran discount. The people are extremely friendly and bend over back words to please you. My wife had the Philly beef sand witch with home made fries. She could not say enough about how hugh and tasty the sandwich was and especially how good the fries were. Had to bring some home. I had the spaghetti dinner

First off, get Barbra as your waitress (go cowboys!)!! Second order ANYTHING off of this menu. It is all fresh and delicious. The kids meal pizza bred with salad was a hearty portion and filled up our kiddos. Chicken breast was fresh and grilled fresh to perfection! And finally..... the burger.....oh my gosh what else is there to say, AH-maze-ing!! The burger had bacon, pepper jack cheese and a fresh green chili sliced and grilled on top. Absolutely worth the wait and the rump rest ;). Great stop, great people, great food, great time :)

Rest Ur Rump is a perfectly nice place to stop for a bite in rural AZ. I'll happily take this over a national chain stop any day. The food is a solid 3--exactly as you expect from a little diner in a rural area.
We had a nice lunch and a good laugh with our server (who was possibly the owner?) over my love of mustard as my french fry condiment. So we had a fun, jovial experience (that's a 5) with a perfectly acceptable road trip food (3) experience.

The people are kind and the food is good. Our favorite is the gyro! Lots of meat, a tasty cucumber dip, and a warm pita. Comes with tomatoes and onions. You can choose your side. Call in your order and it will be ready for pick up in the drive thru within 15-20 minutes! Try it. I think you'll be pleased.

I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with extra sauce I got a sausage and pepperoni pizza with no sauce and when I called back and they told me I didn't pay for sauce absolutely the worst customer service ever don't eat here the lady I talked to you was rude the driver was the only good part of all of this he was night and the pizza with no sauce was at least hot

Everything was awesome! Fresh homemade Gnocchi in wonderful meat sauce, chicken Alfredo was amazing, the bleu cheese on the salad and the thin crusted Pizza - The owner was the cook and talked to us and takes pride in making her recipes from Her Roots, Chicago...... and to top it off we she gave us a piece of amazing fudge for Christmas and the kids an ice cream cone! Very happy little stop on our journey from CA to Galveston! Thank you!
