Before starting his home inspection business, Chuck worked for 25 years as restoration and repair contractor and also was an ROC-licensed Arizona contractor. This experience involved working hands-on with damaged home components, so Chuck understands what to look for when inspecting for defect and damage in the home.

Pre-Listing Home Inspections cover the same areas as our General Home Inspections and can benefit sellers. After a Pre-Listing inspection, the seller has the opportunity to repair the home before potential buyers even see it.

Lake Home Inspection LLC was referred to me by my Realtor. Chuck Baker, my Inspector, was fantastic! I met him at the home I was considering buying. I appreciated his onsite insight and his follow-up inspection report was extremely thorough including several pictures of the property in question.
Because of his expertise, I decided to cancel my contract and look for a better investment property. In fact, I have hired him again to inspect a riverfront manufactured home I just made an offer on. 👍👍👍👍👍 5 thumbs up and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!

Chuck recently performed a home inspection on the property that we are purchasing. I was very pleased with his professionalism (timeliness, communication, etc) and with his overall work. He provided honest, clear information and the written report was very concise and clear that allowed us to go back to the seller and ask for the appropriate corrections to be made. I was referred to a DIFFERENT home inspector than Chuck, by my realtor but after I was told that inspector wouldn't be inspecting the pool OR visually inspecting for any mold- I definitely had to look elsewhere.. and so glad I did cause I found Chuck! Chuck answered ALL my questions and right away! He was prompt w/responses and demonstrated an extremely high level of knowledge in home inspections! He even has a professional background in mold removal!! His inspection report was thorough and detailed w/ stated safety and/or equipment malfunctions I would have had no clue about had I not hired him

Chuck Baker is very thorough and very up to date with technology. He had available appointments in a timely manner unlike other inspectors. He answered the phone right away as well. Once the inspection was finished I paid online and the inspection was available online in full detail with pictures of everything and explanations where needed in detail. He also took care of sending it to my realtor. I’m in so cal the realtor is outside of Phoenix and he inspected it with the sellers agent without any need for myself or the realtor to ever leave home. THANKS CHUCK!!! GREAT JOB!
