Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our deep foam extraction method removes embedded dirt, stains, and allergens from carpets using minimal moisture. This process preserves carpet fibers while ensuring fast drying times within 2-4 hours. Environmentally safe solutions make it ideal for homes with children or pets. We evaluate each carpet's material to determine optimal cleaning techniques.
Upholstery Cleaning
We restore upholstered furniture using specialized foam solutions that break down stains without saturating fabric. This low-moisture approach prevents damage to furniture backing while removing pet dander, body oils, and food stains. Fabric protection application available to prolong cleanliness between cleanings.
Rug Cleaning
Our technicians clean delicate and high-value rugs in-home using gentle techniques tailored to fiber type. We safely remove years of accumulated dirt from wool, Berber, and Persian rugs while preserving their structural integrity and vibrant colors through pH-balanced cleaning agents.
Pet Odor Removal
Specialized enzymatic cleaners target and neutralize pet urine and dander trapped in fibers. This multi-step process eliminates odor sources rather than masking them, restoring freshness to carpets and upholstery while maintaining material safety.
Fabric Protection
Scotchgard DuPont Teflon treatments create invisible barriers against spills and stains on carpets and upholstery. This protective layer extends cleaning longevity by making surfaces more resistant to liquid absorption while maintaining breathable fabric qualities.

Carlan Cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning my living-dining room rug and stair carpets. I didn't think it would be possible to remove some of the long standing, awful looking stains around my dining room table; but, Carlan got the carpet totally clean. They are also prompt, courteous, and all round nice people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
