I rented from these people in 2017. I had to call code enforcement 3 times on these people. Code enforcement cited them 3 times. They wouldn't even respond to code enforcement so we had to go to environmental court. Do not rent from these people!!

Hold onto your funds and search elsewhere. Not typically a renter but they had a property in a nice location downtown we wanted to experience. Worst decision ever. Run down, water leaks, damages and horrible neighbors during our lease tenure. Wouldn't recommend you letting your dog live in one of their properties. No seriously. They don't fix anything. Won't be getting another red cent from me. Run away!!!!

Im seeing a lot of bad reviews on here ? They have been good to us.. front staff ladies are presentable and friendly! Unfortunately, our child had a massive bill from the local childrens hospital so, we have fallen behind on our rent.
NOW. We call and let revid know of the payment arrangements, and they dont bug you.. at all. As long as you pay them , keep your home clean, you shouldnt have any issues with them. They do not bother their tenants either. From my experience. Also, when we put in a maintenance request for a broken mailbox key, they sent a message saying
