Services
Exterior Painting
Our exterior painting service revitalizes home exteriors while providing crucial protection against weather elements. Utilizing premium-grade paints with industry-leading warranties, we meticulously prepare surfaces through pressure washing, repairs, and caulking to ensure lasting results. Customers benefit from increased curb appeal and property value, with our team handling all aspects from preparation to final walkthrough. Each project includes detailed documentation and labeled touch-up paint for future maintenance needs.
Stucco Installation
Professional stucco installation combines durability with aesthetic appeal for residential and commercial properties. Our certified technicians apply traditional cement-based and synthetic EIFS systems using time-tested methods developed over 40 years of combined experience. The breathable material prevents moisture buildup while maintaining structural integrity across various climates. Clients receive comprehensive consultations to determine the optimal system for their specific building requirements and architectural style.
Pressure Washing
Power washing removes mold, mildew, and weathering damage to restore exterior surfaces to their original condition. Our commercial-grade equipment combined with bleach/water solutions safely eliminates organic growth without harming surrounding landscaping. Regular maintenance extends the lifespan of paint jobs and prevents costly structural damage. Each service includes thorough property protection and post-cleaning inspections to ensure complete debris removal.
Commercial Painting
Comprehensive commercial painting solutions address both aesthetic and maintenance needs for businesses and HOAs. Our crews handle projects from small offices to large resorts using proven logistics and project management systems. Services include color consulting, surface preparation, and application techniques that minimize business disruption. Specialized capabilities in multi-unit complexes and hospitality venues ensure timely completion without compromising quality standards.
Wallpaper Removal
Professional wallpaper removal eliminates the mess and potential damage of DIY attempts. Our technicians employ combination techniques matched to each wallpaper type and wall condition, preserving underlying surfaces for seamless painting. The process includes texture matching, sanding, and priming to create smooth, uniform wall surfaces ready for finishing. Complete clean-up and proper disposal of all materials are included in every project.

Highly recommend Dunes Painting. They were very professional, informative, friendly, listened to our painting needs, answered our questions, used quality products, and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we had our home painted in 26 years. They did such a better job than when it was painted years ago by another painter. They power washed the house, replaced rotten boards, caulked, painted plantation type shutters, painted doors and painted trim on our house. There was no mess and they completed the job in a timely manner. I would hire them again in the future. It was a very good experience

In my previous job as a property manager in Conway, SC, I worked with Dunes Painting on an extensive exterior painting project. We had 9 duplex homes where we wanted to paint the existing vinyl different colors to liven up the neighborhood. Dunes Painting gave us a great quote and followed through on their promises. Job was completed quickly, efficiently and professionally with little guidance needed. I highly recommend them for any exterior or interior painting needs!
