Rent went up 3 times within a year and a half, landlord refuses to salt the parking lot during winter times, had 3 fires because of electrical issues (another thing the landlord refuses to look into), landlord doesn't like any vehicle with rust parked in front of the office, the maintenance "fixed" the leaky tub and toilet a day before they leaked even more, and you will not get your deposit back if you basically don't remodel the whole apartment. I wouldn't even visit if I wasn't stuck here 😂
