Programs & Curriculum
Report
It is our belief that children learn best in a group of supportive friends and teachers. We believe that when engaging children with pictures so that they begin identifying them with words it encourages the mastering of the foundation of reading including phonetics, comprehension of letters, and words.
3’s & 4’s Preschool Program
Report
Rectangle and our color is brown. We will be learning about Thanksgiving this month and what it means to be thankful. We will talk about holiday traditions, pilgrims, Indians and more about the season of Fall. Week 3: 11/15-11/19:Letter Kk this week. Crafts this week will include Indian corn, froot loop necklaces, pilgrims and kites!
Pre-K Program
Report
We will continue working in centers. Each day there will be a craft, a literacy unit/concept, craft, and learning group. We will offer a variety of experiences, stories, hands on activities, and media resources to go with the themes each week. You may continue practicing and going over the items listed for our parent curriculum.
Summer Program
Report
Karate, Yoga, Olympic Exercising and obstacles, World Elite Gym Time and much more. Getting our kiddos off electronics and into fitness, eating healthy, and enjoying the summer on our new playground. Call the school for an application. Obstacles, mental challenges, physical challenges, and other classroom morning work will also be part of our day.
Before & After Care
Report
MGP offers before and after care for our Preschool, Pre-K and School Age children. MGP OFFERS transportation to and from Richardson AND FROM WOODRIDGE PRIMARY to MGP only for school age children. You may call the school for before and aftercare costs. They are based on a daily amount. Before care is a fun social time for the students to get their day started on a positive note.
