Jon is a former baseball player, distance runner, and Ironman triathlete. He has opened and managed health clubs in DC, co-founded a non-profit in Portland, produced running and triathlon events in China, and ranched in eastern Oregon.
With over 15 years of coaching, racing, and strength & conditioning experience, his extensive background in athletics and movement science compliment his clinical skills in orthopedic manual therapy and Fascial Counterstrain (www.counterstrain.com).His focus is emphasizing injury pre-habilitation and long-term athletic achievement.
