Ron is no longer involved in the day to day operations but his knowledge, craftsmanship and work ethics is still being used daily by his son Jay. At the age of 9, Jay began helping his dad manufacture and install stone during the summers. Jay use to get a kick out of finding a like colored natural stone around the job site and placing it up on the wall in the midst of the manufactured stones (without his father knowing) and then days later, he would ask his dad to find the natural stone, if he could.
