A native of Waupaca, Wisconsin, and a fifth generation funeral director, Nathan has twenty eight years of experience in the funeral industry. He has worked for the Krause Funeral Home, Milwaukee and for Westgor Funeral Homes of Neenah & Menasha prior to becoming owner along with his wife, Heidi, of the funeral home in April of 2002.
Our Facility

Our funeral home was built in 1918 as a family residence. It became a funeral home in the mid 1940's when Howard "Dutch" Schultz and Arden Thalacker purchased the building and operated it as the Schultz-Thalacker Funeral Home. In 1970, Thomas Steinhaus purchased the business and operated it as the Steinhaus Funeral Home.
